Car Disposal
In addition to the purchase and processing of scrap metal, our company also specializes in the environmentally-friendly disposal of cars. We perform the disposal in our specialized centres in Brno and České Budějovice.
Act No. 185/2001 Coll., on Waste, as amended, applies to the public and companies. According to this Act, a vehicle can be removed from the register of motor vehicles only if a report on the acceptance of the vehicle for environmentally-friendly disposal has been issued.
Our company, according to the Waste Act, has been granted consent to operate equipment in collecting, purchasing and ecologically liquidating scrap vehicles, including the approval to issue protocol and ecologically liquidate.

What is required to issue a confirmation of acceptance of a car wreck in a facility for the collection of car wrecks?
- Physical presence of the vehicle – it can be delivered in person or by our towing services
- Proof of identity (identity card, passport). If the owner of the vehicle registered in the car documentation cannot come, it is necessary for the authorized person to have the power of attorney (does not need to be notarized). If it is an inherited vehicle, a report from the inheritance proceedings must be provided.

- If the car wreck is owned by a legal entity, it must be accompanied by a valid abstract from the Commercial Register or trade certificate - it is always necessary that an authorized person or a person with power of attorney acts on behalf of the legal entity
